OPTION Trackers Apprenticeship LIT: Master a comprehensive Trackers Skills set while also guiding others in your journey. Train in archery and wilderness survival in the forest. On the farm, look after local animals. On the water, enhance your fishing and boating skills. Delve into Trackers Lore as leader of the next generation.
Leadership Skills
Leaders-in-Training (LITs) are individuals ready to step up in roles within the Trackers community. While learning from their mentors and guides is their main focus, LITs also gain hands-on leadership experience. They occasionally have the chance to help guide younger Trackers under direct supervision, passing on knowledge from one generation to the next. This blend of learning and leadership not only sharpens their skills but also prepares them to be future mentors in our community.
Our Team
Our mentoring team includes our top Trackers staff featuring:
- Expertise in mentoring and Trackers skills.
- Low student-to-guide ratio facilitating personal, team-based learning.
- Background checked with First Aid & CPR certification.
- Trained in outdoor safety and the Trackers Earth curriculum.
Our Place
For Apprenticeships, we use buses or vans to journey from Trackers HQ to wilderness locations specific to the day's activity. Our destinations could include Trackers' private 351-acre wildlife park and our 100-acre farm and forest. When the weather calls for it, we might chose to stay closer to home, learning hands-on folk crafts in our art studios and visiting nearby nature parks.
How It Works
