FREE to all families and community! Craft. Connect. Adventure. Meet Trackers Guides and explore our school year programs for PreK through 12th grade, from Forest Preschool and After School to Homeschool and Weekend Apprenticeships. Try free hands-on activities all evening: archery, axe throwing, fire-making, blacksmithing demos, baby animals, foam sword battles, and the Goblin Market.

FREE hands-on activities
Craft. Connect. Adventure. Trackers Guides and Leadership staff will be there to answer questions about our After School Outdoors, After School Skills Studio, Forest Preschool, Homeschool, and Weekend Apprenticeship programs. Our Family Success team will be on-site to answer your questions about programs, payment plans, financial aid, and enrollment. Current Apprentices, Homeschool students, and Leaders-in-Training will also be there to share their experiences and show off a few new skills.
Free Hands-On Activities
Every station is free, guided, and open all evening. Drop in, try a skill, meet a lamb, find your adventure.
🎯 Archery & Axe Throwing
Take aim with bows, arrows, and real axes. Guides coach every throw and provide the gear.
🎣 Casting Contests
Pick up a rod at our casting range and win small prizes for the truest casts.
🐑 Meet the Baby Animals
Say hello to Waffles the lamb, Avery the kid goat, and their friends from the Wilders Ranch.
⚒️ Blacksmithing & Ceramics
Watch hot metal take shape at the forge and clay spin up on the pottery wheel.
🔥 Fire-Making
Spark a fire from friction with a real bow drill and blow your first coal to flame.
⚔️ Foam Sword Battles
Jump into fast-paced adventure games with safe foam swords. All ages are welcome on the field.
🍎 Forest & Farm Crafts
Learn old-school forest and homestead crafts like cordage, carving, and wool work with our Guides.
🧙 Goblin Market
Bring small treasures and baubles to trade like a proper goblin at the OPEN Goblin Market.
Let the Adventure Begin
Already thinking about registering? Don't wait. Many of our programs fill fast. This Open House is a great way to get inspired, but signing up early secures your child's spot in the village.

🧭 Good to Know
Youth Participants Guardians must fully supervise children under 16. This is a free community event, not a drop-off program. Come ready to be part of it.

Caretaking & Cleanup Let's leave our home better than we find it. We're grateful to all who help care for and clean up our space at the end of the evening.
