📅Alumni Summer Week 2027 · Dates coming soon
📍Camp Roslyn, Sandy & Trackers Lodge, Portland

Once A-Team, Always A-Team. Nine months in the field. Four overnight expeditions. A year of training, service, and learning to count on your Fellowship. A-Team is built on something more than outdoor skills. It's the camaraderie earned when you face challenges together, take responsibility for your team, and learn to trust one another in the field. Graduation doesn't end that. A-Team Alumni brings Fellowships back together for Alumni Summer Week, Rover missions, and the chance to inspire the next generation. For alumni 16 and up, it is also the direct path to paid work at Trackers.

A-Team is more than a weekend activity. It's a commitment to learning real skills, building independence, and becoming someone your team can rely on.

You've trained in all weather, learned to navigate the woods, practiced wilderness survival, and taken on responsibilities beyond yourself. You've worked alongside fellow Trackers who understand the importance of preparation, awareness, and looking out for one another. That shared experience is worth continuing.

Through alumni expeditions, missions, and gatherings, you can reconnect with your Fellowship, train alongside students from other years, and take on new responsibilities within the Trackers community.

A-Team Alumni Summer Week

Summer 2027 · Camp Roslyn · Overnight Week · Dates Coming Soon

We're bringing A-Team alumni back together for a full summer week in the field. Alumni Summer Week builds on the training you've already completed. With more time together, there's room to take on longer missions, sharpen your fieldcraft, and practice the skills that are difficult to fit into a single weekend.

Alumni from different Fellowships and years can train together, share what they've learned, and take greater responsibility for their time in camp. Our experienced Trackers mentors will help guide the week, with opportunities for participants to contribute to expedition planning, camp operations, and team challenges.

And because it's A-Team, there will still be time around the fire with the people who understand exactly why you keep coming back. We're working with alumni families to choose the dates and develop the program.

Welcome the New Team

A-Team Fall Kickoff

Every new Fellowship starts with questions about gear, training, and what A-Team really takes. Alumni welcome incoming students and share what they learned in the field.

The best advice comes from someone who stood where they stand.

Leadership · Jobs

You've learned the skills. Now help others learn them. Leadership comes first, through Leader-in-Training. Paid jobs are a separate path that opens at 16.

A-Team prepares students for more than outdoor adventures. Through independent study, service, and responsibilities within their Fellowship, students build a foundation for mentorship and leadership. For alumni interested in outdoor education, there are opportunities to continue that path at Trackers.

Leadership · Leader-in-Training · Grades 9–12

Join experienced Guides in the field, connect with younger students, and inspire them with what you learned in A-Team. It is the natural next step for students who want to keep growing with their team.

Eligible A-Team students can participate in additional apprenticeship days and up to four free weeks of summer LIT Day Camps, coordinated with program mentors.

Continue as a Mentor. Leadership at Trackers does not start with a paycheck. Return as a Rover or share your experience with incoming Fellowships. Stay connected to your mentors and keep developing your skills. There's always more to learn, and something worth passing on.

Help Shape Alumni Summer Week

The best A-Team experiences are built by the people who take part in them. We're planning our first Alumni Summer Week for 2027 and want to hear from current and former A-Team students and their families.

Tell us which dates work, what advanced skills and expeditions interest you, and how you'd like to stay involved with your Fellowship. We're building the next chapter of A-Team with the people who helped make it what it is.
