Wilderness Survival Intensive
1 day a month in person + Evening Webninars/Fall to Spring
During this nine-month program led by Tom Brown III, develop the skills and principles needed to live in the wilderness.
Attend monthly in-person trainings the last Saturday of the month, September to May). Learn about and craft tools, as well as build experience in the wilderness. Students are also expected to spend time in the field outside of class practicing their skill-sets. This course also includes 1-hour Wednesday Evening webinars (5 PM - 6 PM) to prepare and add skills to our in-person practice—see below for schedule.
Tuition $50 deposit + 9 monthly payments of $100 (total $950).

Principles of Wilderness Survival 1 single day
Stay safe in the wilderness. With expert instructors, learn the priorities of basic survival: shelter, water, fire, and staying found.

Learn the art and science of firemaking in the Pacific Northwest! From lighting a fire in any weather conditions to 80,000 years old art of the bow drill (no match fire). Tuition $49
Fire Woodworking: Bowls & Spoons 1 single day
Woodworking with fire! Learn to use fire to make wood containers buring with coals. Leave with your own hand-made wooden bowls and spoons. Tuition $49
