Christmas Farm Adventure
Help the holiday spirit comes alive at the Scout Pit. Journey to the country to select and trim the perfect holiday tree for the Trackers Scout Pit.
Our adventure begins at a local christmas themed tree farm. There we learn about raising trees for holiday houses. Finally, we place that christmas tree on the Trackers Truck, bringing it back to the Scout Pit to stand, decorate and trim for the holidays.
As we sip mulled cider, we weave together and create home-made decorations both for the Trackers and your own tree at home. From strings of fire baked popcorn to felted wool ornaments, the options are endless.
Finally older campers (ages 9-10 only) get to safely top the tree with the magnificent star they create.
