Holiday Cooking Little House in the Winter Valley: Cooking
Laura Ingalls Wilder's classic series of books have inspired children and adults for generations. The world is changing and local arts and crafts can inspire new and old way of home life. Ages 6-10 journey to the Trackers Homestead, our cabin in Sandy. Ages 4-5 base out of the Trackers Campus. This day we make all kinds of pioneer cookies, cakes and fun wholesome deserts. We use stone ground flour, organic honey and healthy ingredients.

The Chronicles of Oaks Bottom: Through the Wardrobe
You know where we're going! Time is different there. We start through the wardrobe closet and find animals who to take us on a journey, telling us about what we need to know for the adventure and trials ahead. We talk with them through their tracks, following beaver, deer, red fox and more.

Winter Clothing Little House in the Winter Valley: Clothing
Laura Ingalls Wilder's classic series of books have inspired children and adults for generations. The world is changing and local arts and crafts can inspire new and old way of home life. Ages 6-10 journey to the Trackers Homestead, our cabin in Sandy. Ages 4-5 base out of the Trackers Campus. This day we sew our simple clothes projects from repurposed fabrics. We learn to knit and also tie knots. Throw in the basics of design and patterning with hand needle and thread and kids can begin to craft their design into something awesome they wear.

Snow Shoe Adventure Snow, Snow, Snowball Fight
Put on your snowshoes. Don your mittens. And prepare for battle. We head straight up to mountain, still at the tree line in the depths of the the snow. Each instructor takes their crew and they build snow bunkers and forts for the first hour. Meanwhile, they are checking out the snow tracks of local animals living around.
