Outdoor skills day for tweens and teens.
When the school is finally out, its important that your teen learn how to survive, track and live in the forest.
Who are the Rangers?
The Trackers Rangers Guild is renowned for their incredible feats of nature skills and awareness. Ranger Camp is your first step on a journey into this incredible new world.
Ranger Camp Training
We begin by training in the essentials wilderness survival skills of shelter, water, fire and food. We learn how to take care of all our needs so it is not only sustainable, but our harvest actually helps the land around us.
We then learn to track both animals and even people. We follow bears, bobcats, deer and more. Creating a map of all the wildlife around us.
Finally, using our safe foam arrows and bows, we journey under the leadership of our instructors we finish the day in a giant live action game of stealth.

Ages 11-13 Wilderness Survival, Tracking & Stealth may include
• mobile camp around Portland Greenspaces and Beyondor the Trackers Homestead
• learn the arts of wilderness survival: shelter, water, fire and food
• practice stealth arts including camouflage and silent movement
• use safe foam arrows in live action stealth games
• learn human and animal tracking
• communicate and learn from the animals and birds of the forest
• gain the skills bushcraft
