Bowmaking Basics for Wilderness Survival We have completely remade how a new student approaches the craft of bowmaking. Not only do we believe this format develops skill more efficiently, the class is much more cost effective than conventional courses. And another bonus, this workshop does not rely on the harvest of exotic and questionable woods from across the continent (hickory, osage orange, etc). We use wood locally harvested wood from private lands where we know it's healthy to cultivate a stave.
