A World That Needs To Exist6thMay
The entire point of Trackers? To be ambassadors for a world that needs to exist. What is that world? We don't have an answer. All we have is a vision, one that moves more like a dream...
There's a feeling in your body and another in your throat when you spin a bow drill, wood against wood to recreate fire; to tease out the same firepower of the sun caught by the needles of a Cedar Tree.
There's something incredible about Shaggy Manes breaking through asphalt and Oyster Mushrooms thriving on the industrial toxins in many soils, rendering them safe.
It's in savoring the tomatoes, vegetables and food from the garden, and it's in the root cellar storing for them winter.
It's in the silence you experience when covered in mud and the only sounds left are your heartbeat and the browsing of the thirty-two elk surrounding you.
And it's in the paddling on calm water to spend the day fishing as you bring food home for your family and village.
There's inspiration found in finding the Nettles covering the grounds of spring.
You feel complete with Grandma, Grandpa, children and the whole family nearby, living and thriving together.
These are not answers. These are connections and accords with all other life around us. I want a world of real relationships. This world compels me - and how I live.
What world are you here to create?
